Fully-closed Structure

LA5 Five-axis Linkage Cutting Head
The LA5 Five-axis Linkage Cutting Head, developed by HSG Laser, is designed specifically for 3D cutting. It features full 360° rotation and a ±135° swing for versatile, precise cuts. With slender nozzle units and a reliable airway design, it ensures consistent cutting quality and performance.
Double-station Turn Table
Built with a carbon steel base for durability, the turn table features two stations, each driven by a powerful servo motor. This design allows the table to rotate between stations in just 3 seconds, significantly speeding up production. The machine also offers adjustable support arms and a customizable clamping range, ensuring it can accommodate various workpieces and meet specific manufacturing requirements.
Video Monitoring Cameras
The machine is equipped with HD cameras that allow operators to monitor the entire cutting process from the control console. A display screen on the front of the machine shows real-time machining status, giving operators a clear view of the operation as it happens.
