7 Axis (Y1-Y2-X-R-Z1-Z2, V Crowning)

The Ragos HG 130-3200 features a 7-axis configuration (Y1, Y2, X, R, Z1, Z2, V Crowning) offering advanced precision and versatility in metal bending applications. 

Y1 and Y2 Axes: Control the independent movement of the left and right sides of the ram, enabling precise angular accuracy and accommodating complex bending operations.

R Axis: Adjusts the vertical position of the back gauge, allowing for bends at varying heights on the workpiece.

Z1 and Z2 Axes: Control the horizontal movement of the back gauge fingers, facilitating positioning for different widths and complex bend sequences.

V-Axis Crowning: Compensates for deflection in the machine and tooling during bending, ensuring consistent bend angles across the entire length of the workpiece.
