Backpack Laser Cleaner
The LM DPL-B Series is an ultra-portable pulsed laser cleaning system designed for cleaning applications where conventional laser cleaning equipment is difficult to transport or operate.
With a 300W pulsed laser, air-cooled design and integrated battery power, the machine can be carried directly to the work area, making it particularly suited to outdoor, elevated and confined-space applications. Weighing just 23kg including its batteries, the backpack-style system allows operators to move freely while cleaning components, structures and surfaces that may be difficult to access with conventional equipment.
The machine uses controlled pulsed laser energy to remove rust, paint, coatings, oil, oxide films and other contaminants from a range of metal and non-metal surfaces. Adjustable laser power and scanning parameters allow the cleaning process to be tailored to different materials and applications.
Two portable batteries provide more than 30 minutes of operation, while the air-cooled system eliminates the need for a separate water chiller. A lightweight 1.1kg 2D handheld cleaning head and compact 1.5m fibre cable provide additional flexibility when working in narrow spaces, grooves and other difficult-to-reach areas.
