Pulse Laser Cleaner
The LM GT-500 is a compact and portable 500W pulsed laser cleaning machine designed for efficient removal of rust, paint, oil, oxides and other surface contaminants.
Using pulsed laser technology, the GT-500 removes unwanted material without direct contact with the workpiece. Laser energy is selectively absorbed by the contaminant, causing it to vaporise or separate from the surface while helping to preserve the underlying substrate.
A key advantage of the GT-500 is its air-cooled design. Weighing just 54kg, it is considerably lighter and more compact than conventional water-cooled 500W pulsed laser cleaning machines, making it easier to move between work areas and suitable for a wide range of workshop and on-site applications.
The machine features a lightweight 1.5kg cleaning head, integrated cooling for the cleaning gun and fibre cable, and a 7-inch touchscreen control system with both Simplified and Expert operating modes. More than 20 customisable process presets can be stored, allowing commonly used cleaning parameters to be quickly selected.
With adjustable cleaning parameters, interchangeable cleaning head options and specialised functions for delicate and highly reflective materials, the GT-500 provides a flexible solution for surface preparation, restoration and industrial cleaning applications.
