Continuous Wave Laser Cleaner
The LM DPL-6000 is a high-power industrial laser cleaning system designed for fast and efficient removal of rust, paint, grease, oxides, coatings and other surface contaminants.
Powered by a 6000W continuous-wave fibre laser, the machine delivers high cleaning power for demanding industrial applications and large surface areas. Its high-speed scanning system provides an adjustable cleaning width of up to 500mm, helping increase productivity when working across larger components and structures.
The machine is equipped with a high-performance water cooling system to provide stable operation during extended periods of high-power cleaning. The intelligent handheld cleaning head features an ergonomic design, adjustable scan width and scanning speeds of up to 40,000mm/s, providing flexibility across a range of cleaning applications.
A smart touchscreen control system allows cleaning parameters to be adjusted during operation, while built-in safety features including interlock protection, emergency stop and automatic monitoring help support safe machine operation.
The LM DPL-6000 can be operated as a handheld cleaning system or integrated with automated equipment, making it suitable for heavy-duty surface preparation, maintenance and cleaning across industries including metal processing, automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace and mould cleaning.
