Pulse Laser Cleaner
The LM DPL-A Series is a compact, handheld laser cleaning system designed for the controlled removal of rust, paint, oil, oxide layers and other surface contaminants.
Using pulsed laser technology, the machine delivers concentrated laser energy in short pulses to remove unwanted material from the surface without physical contact. This provides a controlled alternative to traditional abrasive cleaning methods and is particularly suited to applications where the underlying surface needs to be carefully preserved.
The powerful laser provides a useful balance between cleaning performance, precision and portability. The air-cooled design helps keep the machine compact and reduces the need for additional cooling equipment, while the lightweight handheld cleaning head makes it easy to manoeuvre around components, machinery and fabricated parts.
Laser power, pulse frequency and scanning width can be adjusted to suit different cleaning requirements. The machine can also be used for a range of applications beyond rust removal, including paint and oil removal, oxide cleaning, carbon deposits and post-weld cleaning.
