Movable Triple Chuck
The T Series comes standard with square and round chucks, capable of handling up to 600kg and accommodating tubes ranging from 20mm to 350mm. Utilising a combination of two front and one rear chuck enhances load-bearing capacity. The C3 hollow chuck simplifies cutting of entire tubes, while the movable three-chuck structure minimises chuck jump during short tail material cutting.
Intelligent Bus Operating System
The system offers a range of auxiliary functions to meet diverse processing needs. Additionally, the T Series features professional nesting software, facilitating efficient management of production progress and accurate price calculations.
Independent Servo Follow-up Support
The 9m loading machine bed features independent and highly sensitive servo follow-up support, providing robust reinforcement for heavy tubes and enabling exceptionally precise horizontal cutting. Similarly, the 6m unloading machine bed is equipped with independent servo follow-up support, seamlessly integrated with the system's intelligent unloading model, ensuring smooth blanking of tubes up to 6 meters in length.
HSG-X Bus Control System
HSG-X control system is bus-based and developed by HSG Laser. With intelligent and easy-to-operate service, it can offer users effective solutions to address problems of difficult operation, low efficiency and high costs.
