The machine supports processing of tubes and profiles up to 12,000mm in length and 510mm in diameter, making it ideal for large structural components and heavy fabrication projects. Independent servo-driven support systems provide precise positioning and stable rotation throughout the cutting process, minimising material deflection and ensuring consistent accuracy along the full length of each workpiece.
Capable of processing round, square, rectangular, and irregular profiles, including angle steel, channel, and I-beams, the TX5R delivers exceptional versatility for industries such as structural steel fabrication, construction equipment manufacturing, mining, transport, and heavy machinery production.
Lateral Hanging Machine Bed

Supports tubes during unloading to prevent deformation or misalignment. Highly adaptable to various tube shapes, sizes, and specifications.
Heavy-Duty Tube and Profile Cutting
Handles tubes weighing up to 2,000 kg, with diameters from 50 mm to 510 mm and lengths up to 12,000 mm. Also capable of cutting a wide range of profiles, including channel steel, angle iron, and I-beams.
