The HSG Laser R2R is a high-performance double-chuck universal tube laser cutting machine, designed to deliver exceptional precision, efficiency, and versatility in modern manufacturing environments. Its advanced dual-chuck clamping system ensures stable, accurate positioning throughout the cutting process, minimising vibration and material movement. This allows for clean edges, tight tolerances, and excellent repeatability, while also enabling fast loading and unloading to maximise productivity.
The R2R is capable of cutting a wide variety of tube profiles, including round, square, rectangular, oval, and special-shaped sections. It processes materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium with consistent quality, making it ideal for structural, automotive, furniture, and general engineering applications.
Powered by HSG’s intelligent CNC control system, the R2R offers intuitive operation, smart nesting, and automatic path optimisation to improve material utilisation and reduce waste. Built with a rigid machine structure and premium components, it delivers long-term reliability, while its energy-efficient fibre laser source ensures high-speed cutting with low operating costs.
Rectangular-circle Chucks, Supporting Various Tubes
Equipped with simple rectangular-circle chucks, R2 series boasts a weight capacity of 300kg, supporting a variety of tube shapes, including round, square, rectangular, and other profiles, catering to diverse cutting needs.
Precise Cutting with Pneumatic Support
The R2 series comes standard with three pneumatic concave wheel supports, meeting the support needs for most tube types.
High-speed Dynamics
The R2 series features a chuck operating speed of up to 120 meters per minute and a rotation speed of up to 100 revolutions per minute with 1.0G acceleration. These speeds significantly enhance productivity.

The user-friendly interface streamlines operations, displaying cutting data in real-time to optimise efficiency and minimise costs. Essential functions are prominently showcased on the interface, simplifying the process and reducing the number of operating steps.
