Powered by a high-output fibre laser source and an intelligent cutting head, the TL Series delivers fast piercing, clean edges, and minimal heat-affected zones across a wide range of tube sizes, wall thicknesses, and material types. It is capable of processing carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and other industrial alloys with outstanding repeatability and surface finish.

The machine is equipped with an intuitive CNC control system and advanced cutting software that simplifies programming, supports intelligent nesting, and enables real-time performance monitoring. Automated features such as weld seam detection, automatic centring, and adaptive cutting parameters further enhance reliability while reducing operator workload.

Meanwhile, four-side centering guarantees accurate alignment, and a smart nesting algorithm optimises material usage for maximum yield.

The first generation of the four-chuck heavy-duty tube laser cutting machine establishes a solid foundation for efficiently cutting heavy, large, and lengthy tubes with stability at its core. Featuring heavy-duty pneumatic chucks, this machine ensures stable clamping, while boasting a maximum clamping diameter of 500mm for round tubes. With a single tube bearing capacity of up to 1200kg, it's equipped to handle substantial workloads with ease and precision.
