Various Tube Processing Functions
Designed for efficiency and precision, HSG’s tube cutting machines offer a range of intelligent processing features. Space leapfrog and fly cutting reduce idle head movement, accelerating the cutting process. Break-point resume ensures minimal material waste by accurately continuing from the last cut point. Meanwhile, four-side centering guarantees accurate alignment, and a smart nesting algorithm optimises material usage for maximum yield.

Four Chucks Structure
The first generation of the four-chuck heavy-duty tube laser cutting machine establishes a solid foundation for efficiently cutting heavy, large, and lengthy tubes with stability at its core. Featuring heavy-duty pneumatic chucks, this machine ensures stable clamping, while boasting a maximum clamping diameter of 500mm for round tubes. With a single tube bearing capacity of up to 1200kg, it's equipped to handle substantial workloads with ease and precision.

Cut with Short Tailings
By optimising the position and coordination of the chucks, the machine can cut much closer to the clamping area - significantly shortening the uncut tail end. This not only minimises scrap but also improves cost-efficiency across production runs.

HSG-X Bus Control System
The user-friendly interface streamlines operations, displaying cutting data in real-time to optimise efficiency and minimise costs. Essential functions are prominently showcased on the interface, simplifying the process and reducing the number of operating steps.
