Efficient Multi-mode Loading
The R1 Series, when used with automatic material racks, can load materials in just 20 seconds. These racks are designed to handle tubes with diameters ranging from 20mm to 120mm and lengths between 4m and 6.5m. Additionally, the automatic material racks support a semi-automatic loading mode, allowing for the loading of tubes one at a time.
Chuck Jumping for Short Tailings
Equipped with a cylinder chuck that can reduce the long tailing length by adjusting the chuck position. High-precision cutting with chuck adjustment helps maintain cutting accuracy on long tubes.
Follow-up Support for High Precision
The machine bed is equipped with highly sensitive and independent servo follow-up support to provide enough support force in rotation cutting and achieve high cutting accuracy.
Intelligent Bus Operating System
